Egypt’s GASC seeks wheat in international tender from 5 origins

Egypt’s state grains buyer General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) announced on Sunday that it is seeking to obtain amount of wheat in an international purchasing tender from the United States, Canada, Australia, Argentina and Brazil.

GASC declared the deadline for offers on Tuesday, July 19, which the offers are submitted on a cost and freight (C&F) basis for payment using 180-day letters of credit.

Shipping for offers will be over September 16-30, October 1-31 and November 1-15, which the suppliers can apply to all shipment periods or one of them, the announcement mentioned.
