Egypt’s external debt falls to $111.3 billion March-end

Egypt’s external debt fell for the first time to $111.3 billion at the end of March from $112.7 billion in December 2019, according to central bank data published on Monday.

The external debt was 31.7 percent of Egypt’s gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of March.
