Egypt’s state-run El Nasr Housing and Development has signed a contract with the country’s ECB Engineering and Consulting Bureau to design and supervise carrying out Al-Zohour flagship in Mokattam district, southeastern Cairo.
Ayman El Hadary, ECB’s head of design sector, said Tuesday the residential project that is owned by El Nasr Housing will be executed on a space of 17,500 square metres and it will include 28 housing buildings.
“The project’s expected cost is set to reach around 285 million Egyptian pounds ($15.9 million),” El Hadary further stated, adding that the works is to be started within September 2018.
“The project will be completed within September 2021,” he said, referring that his office is teaming up with El Nasr Housing for the first time.
