Egypt’s Healthcare Authority (EHA) signed on Monday a MoU with Siemens to provide integrated digital solution for connecting building management systems (BMS) in healthcare facilities across different governorates, the Cabinet stated.
These solutions will utilise smart technology to analyse data and provide benefits for the authority and patients. This will enhance facility management efficiency, lower energy usage and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
The smart technology will also improve patient comfort and safety, and enable better monitoring, analysis, and decision-making to meet healthcare needs effectively, according to the statement.
EHA is advancing in digital transformation to improve healthcare using modern technologies, aiming to deliver excellent care and enhance the patient experience, the statement added. It is also collaborating with leading technology companies to provide innovative and effective healthcare for all.
