Egypt’s City Edge Developments says it has launched a public-private partnership flagship- Downtown- in New Alamein City. The project is owned by the country’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
Alamein Downtown flagship will encompass a number of residential buildings including a wide range of penthouses and ground floor apartments with private gardens, in addition to commercial and lifestyle facilities, according to a statement on Monday.
The property developer plans to hand over the project in 2020 along with Mazarine and the Gate launched in July, its chief executive CEO Amr ElKady told Mubasher on Monday.
During the first nine months of the current year, City Edge generated sales worth 6.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($398.8 million) from more than 1,000 units in New Alamein City.
