by Marwa himdan

A number of Egyptian construction companies postponed the implementation of around six major infrastructure projects in Mauritius within 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The companies include Redcon Construction and Concord for Engineering and Construction, said head of the African Federation for Construction Contractors’ Associations (AFCCA) Hassan Abdel Aziz on Saturday.

The works will include one hospital, giant tunnel, university, and road project, as well as a bunch of healthcare facilities in Mauritius, Abdel Aziz added.
