Egyptian Countryside Development Company (El Reef El Masry) seeks deliver 900,000 new feddans to investors during the upcoming months.
Atter Hannoura told Amwal Al Ghad that the new pieces of lands will be launched in Farafra, Western Minya, Al Maghrah and Toshka adding that the launching costs would differ according to the nature of the place, the soil and the water used.
He added that the last period has witnessed signing contracts with investors for lands of 550,000 feddans as part of Egypt’s 1.5 Million Feddan project.
The 1.5 million Feddan project’s goal is to develop, reclaim and cultivate lands in Western Desert and Sinai and to create new communities in these areas. Groundwater will be the main source of water supply.
