Egypt’s Safwa Urban Development (SUD) says it plans to launch a new phase of its fully-integrated residential flagship Capital Heights II in the country’s New Administrative Capital within this month.
The new phase will include 200 housing units out of total 1,000 homes that is set to be marketed within the current year, SUD’s marketing director Ahmed Nabil told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.
“The project is being carried out on a space of 250,000 square metres, with a built-up area of 50,000 square metres,” Nabil said, adding that Capital Heights II will comprise various housing units and a commercial club, with investments of 3.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($195.7 million).
“We target delivering the project at the end of 2021,” he said.
