Egypt’s Investment Ministry announced on Wednesday offering to investors 107 fully-finished industrial units with all facilities available in Met Ghamr industrial zone in Dakahliya governorate in sizes ranging between 144 cubic metres and 576 cubic metres.
The ministry also said, through a statement, that approvals and licenses will be released through the General Authority for Investments and Free Zones (GAFI) per the provisions of the investment law.
“The investment ministry targets attracting investments to this industrial zone in several sectors, especially metallic and aluminum industries, beside small and medium industries. The statement of work will be available as of 12 September to 29 September, while 14 October is the deadline for receiving offers. The applications will be submitted through the website www.investinegypt.gov.eg,” according to the statement.
It is allowed also to apply for more than one unit, while the contractual system is in accordance with POT renewable 15 years, the ministry clarified.
Mit Ghamr industrial zone provides several services to he investors and workers, including training services, exhibitions, selling points, houses of worship, car parking, and a stadium, according to the statement.
