The total investments of Egyptian state-run Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development reached 685 million Egyptian pounds ($38.3 million), its managing director for financial and administrative affairs Wael Youssef said Thursday.
“The company is preparing studies to carry out public-private partnership (PPP) service flagships on a number of land plots in New Heliopolis City in New Cairo,” Youssef stated, adding that these projects will include medical and educational facilities.
“It is planned to launch these projects in favour of investors,” he further said.
