Egyptian Industry and Trade Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour revealed that the ministry will sign a trade agreement with Ethiopia in order to support the economic cooperation between the two countries by the upcoming period.
This agreement comes among a number of protocols and Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) that has recently inked by the minister during his visit to Ethiopia to take part in Meetings of the fifth session of the Egyptian-Ethiopian Joint Committee, stressing that the agreement will encourage businessmen to participate in the exhibitions and exchange visits, Abdel Nour added.
The agreement will grant Ethiopia the most-favoured-nation (MFN) principle besides the establishment of joint trade committee between both countries, Abdel Nour noted.
Abdel Nour has held meetings with Ethiopian Minister of Industry and Trade so as to review the joint cooperation between the two countries and to encourage investments in addition to the launch of joint projects within the upcoming phase.
