Egypt’s property developer Egygab Holding is planning to market the final phase of its flagship Granda I in El Shorouk City by early next month, chief executive Mohamed Gaballah said on Sunday.
The final phase will include implementing 80 units, with targeted sales estimated at 170 million Egyptian pounds ($9.5 million), Gaballah told Amwal Al Ghad.
“The project is to comprise 427 units spanning over 20 feddans,” he said, adding that Egygab had earlier attained the project’s land plot, with total investments of 400 million pounds.
