Dubai Land Dept signs protocol with Egypt Real Estate Chamber

Egypt’s Real Estate Development Chamber at Federation of Egyptian Industries has signed a cooperation protocol with Dubai Land Department (DLD) on the sideline of International Property Show (IPS).

The protocol was signed by the head of Egypt’s Real Estate Development Chamber, Tarek Shoukry and Majida Ali Rashid head of the Investment Management and Promotion Centre — the DLD’s investment arm.

The protocol aims at mutual real estate investment support for developers in both countries as well as the exchange of experiences on several levels, including technological and technical side.

The protocol also includes Egypt’s Real Estate Development contribution in solving all the problems that might face the Emirati developers in the Egyptian market.

Dubai Land Department (DLD) is participating in the International Property Show (IPS), which will take place in Cairo between January 10 and 13 under the auspices of Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly, Invest-Gate reports.

he IPS Egypt is a mega property show platform for local and international real estate markets and organized by Emirates Strategic Company for Organizing Exhibitions and MREC Integrated Real Estate Services – which have arranged a handful of major international events and exhibitions – among others.
