US dollar trade calmed significantly against Egyptian pound in 19 banks during interbank dealings in Egypt on Saturday, following the IMF’s board approval on the country’s three-year, $12 billion bailout programme.
Dollar was quoted at 16 for buying and 16.25 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt, Commercial International Bank (CIB), and Arab African International Bank (AAIB).
