Dettol Egypt said on Sunday it had allocated about 1 million Egyptian pounds ($63,935) for procuring thousands of medical masks to governmental hospitals in the country.

The donations are meant to enhance the designated hospitals’ safety and prevention standards and to avail the necessary protection to the healthcare providers.

“Ever since the pandemic outbreak, Dettol Egypt has dedicated plentiful resources and initiated social services toward reinforcing the preventive measures taken by the governmental hospitals.” Om Prakash, General Manager of Dettol Egypt, said.
