Dr Hesham Kandil, Egyptian Prime Minister, witnessed on Tuesday signing a cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) and the Customer Protection Authority (CPA) for a whole year. Signing the protocol was attended by the Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Commerce, Dr Bassem Auda, and Atef Yacoub, Head of CPA, in addition to Ahmed Al Tabal, CPA’s acting manager.
The protocol comes in the framework of reactivating the concept of societal participation with the nation’s institutions, so as to develop the services of these institutions in different fields. Moreover, the sides need to support and enhance the fields of reviewing the visions, developmental concepts, and to grow the awareness of the institutions’ participation in all fields.
It provides that the cooperation between the two sides in several fields, such as utilizing the center’s experiences in opinion poll, exchanging experiences and services in fields of studies and research, guiding with system of institutional memory and network field monitoring approach in the center to contribute to the development of its work environment, and giving courses to the employees in the authority.
