Construction companies receive 90% of compensation – Egypt’s EFCBC

A number of construction companies operating in Egypt have so far received 90 percent of financial compensation, a senior official told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.

The compensation are estimated at around 14 billion Egyptian pounds ($880.2 million), the official at the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC) added.

EFCBC will pay compensation worth around 600 million pounds to a bunch of construction companies within the next few months.
