Egypt’s property developer, City Edge announced on Sunday the launch of its public-private partnership (PPP) housing flagship in the country’s new administrative capital.

Named as Al Maqsad Residence, the compound comes as part of a cooperation protocol signed by City Edge with the New Urban Communities Authority – an agency under the Housing Ministry – to market some projects in fourth generation cities, notably the new capital.

Spanning over 214 feddans, the new project includes various fully-furnished housing units with spaces ranging between 111 square meters and 187 square metres.
