City Edge Developments (CED) has launched its newest residential project Baroque, at the R5 district in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) which is designed to revive the Khedivial Down Town Cairo with its unique architecture, gardens, roundabouts, and streets.
The company has introduced the new flagship during its participation in Cityscape Egypt at Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) from 27-30 March.
Amr El Kady, the CEO of City Edge Developments, said that Baroque compound stretches over 250 acres, 80% of which are allocated to roads, piazzas, parks, and open spaces, while residential buildings account for only 20% of the total area and offer two-to-four-room apartments that range from 100 to 300 square meters.
In addition, The new compound is adjacent to the NAC’s Canadian University, sports city, smart city, as well as, the presidential palace and embassies district, while having easy access to the new city’s main roads.
