Alexandria Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries (AXPH.CA) said profits for financial year 2015/2016 rose 21 percent y-o-y to 71.9 million Egyptian pounds ($8.1 million)from 59.4 million pounds, according to a bourse filing.
Sales reached 424.9 million pounds on annual basis, higher 11% from 382.8 million pounds a year earlier.
In the period from July to June 2015-2016, net profits jumped to 60.7 million pounds from 56.4 million registered in the same period a year ago.
