Egypt’s real estate developer Al-Dawlia says it plans to complete executing and delivering its residential compound flagship, Regent’s Park in Fifth Settlement district, New Cairo within 2020.
The project is with investments of 950 million Egyptian pounds ($53.8 million), general manager Ahmed El Nesr said on Sunday, adding that Al-Dawlia has so far implemented 80 percent of Regent’s Park.
Regent’s Park will include 496 housing units, with spaces ranging between 100 square metres and 300 square metres besides a commercial centre, swimming pools, and gardens, El Nesr earlier announced.
