The African Automotive Show kicked off on Saturday during the third day of Africa’s largest trade and investment fair, IATF 2023.
The show will run for for two days, on Staurday and Sunday.
It is led by the African Association of Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM) to address key issues affecting Africa’s automotive sector.
The program will hold presentations from global automotive leaders, such as OEMs, in participation of a number of Heads of State.
It will help foster cooperation and development of regional auto supply chains for auto manufacturing in Africa.
The show serves as a turning point for Africa’s automotive leaders, policymakers, buyers, and international partners.
It also offers a unique opportunity for brand building, sales, and partnerships.
IATF2023 is providing a platform for businesses to access an integrated African market of over 1.3 billion people.
This will help boast a GDP of over $3.5 trillion, under the African Continental Free Trade Area, according to the African Union.
