Afreximbank signs MoU with African Union at IATF 2023

The African Export–Import Bank (Afreximbank) has signed on Sunday a memorandum of understanding with the African Union Commission that will see deepen their collaboration in support of trade and economic development across the continent.

The MoU marks an important milestone for the continent as it comes in conjunction with Afreximbank and the African Union’s Second Ten Year Implementation Plan of Agenda 2063.

It is a partnership that epitomises the philosophy of developing and delivering African solutions to African problems, undoubtedly serving the continent under the 2063 Agenda: The Africa We Want.

Benedict Oramah, President of Afreximbank, has signed the memorandum with Albert Muchanga, AU Commissioner for Economic Development, Trade, Tourism, Industry and Minerals, at the third edition of Africa’s largest trade and investment fair, IATF 2023 taking place in Cairo, Egypt on November 9-15.
