Egypt’s NUCA clinches deal for $80.7 mln flagship

Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) on Saturday has signed a deal with Al Manar Real Estate Group to build a Greenland Resort in Sixth of October City, according to Mubasher.

The project is with total investments worth 1.3 billion Egyptian pounds ($80.7 million).

The deal came in line with NUCA and Al Manar Real Estate cooperation for the launch of new projects in Sixth of October and El-Shaikh Zeyad cities, vice chairman of NUCA for real estate and commercial affairs Tarek El-Seba said.

Spanning over 76,000 square metres, Greenland Resort will include 520 residential units, shopping mall, and a medical centre, El-Sebai added.
