Egypt’s Marseilia Real Estate Investment plans to execute a tourist project in El-Dabaa city, 295.9km (183.9 miles) from Cairo on the north, said its chairman on Sunday.

Marseilia will carry out the project in partnership with another real estate developer on a space of 300 feddans, Sherif Helew added.

Meanwhile, Marseilia seeks to launch another flagship in Alexandria, the second largest city in the country, at the end of the current year, Helew said.

“We are studying to tap a number of new cities that are currently being carried out by the country, including New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Damietta cities as well as Upper Egyptian governorates for more investment opportunities in these cities,” he said.
