Egypt’s Arab Contractors to raise issued, paid-up capital to $375 mln

The general assembly of Egypt’s state-run construction firm Arab Contractors on Wednesday approved to increase the company’s issued and paid-up capital to 6.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($375 million).

Egyptian Minister of Housing Assem El-Gazzar headed the general assembly meeting to approve the company’s financial year 2019/2020 budgeting.
