Redcon acquires 6% Fiber Misr shares

Egyptian Redcon Construction has captured 6 percent of Fiber Misr share , the leading systems integrator and IT services provider, a step which will help Fiber Misr in entering into new sectors, according to Ahmed Mekky its CEO.

Mekky noted that this strategic alliance between the two companies will help Fiber Misr in openning promising markets in the smart cities sector, real estate development and construction.

The agreement aims to increase the diversity of the investment portfolio of Redcon Construction.

Mergers and acquisitions is one of the globally successful strategies sought by large companies to develop their turn-over, penetrate new markets and strengthen their positions in light of the continuous development, Mekky added.

Mekky has revealed his company strategy  that  will be launched from the Egyptian market to the Middle East and Africa.

This came during a press conference at 22nd edition of the Cairo International Telecommunication and Information Technology Trade Fair and Forum (Cairo ICT2018).

Fiber Misr is one of the leading companies in the field of ICT solutions such as fiber optics, data networks, Smart cities, Internet of things and data centers, as well as integrated smart home solutions, wireless networks and mobile technology.
