Beltone: Egypt’s Sarwa Capital private offering is 10.83 times oversubscribed

A private offering of Egypt’s Sarwa Capital was 10.83 times oversubscribed, Egyptian investment bank Beltone Financial, which is managing the sale of around 295 million shares in a private and public offering, announced on Wednesday.
It said the price was set at 7.36 Egyptian pounds ($0.4121). Of some 295 million shares on offer, 266 million were offered in the private sale and around 29 million will be sold in the public offer.
