Emaar Misr for Development, the Egyptian unit of UAE property conglomerate Emaar Properties, has signed on Monday a cooperation protocol with Misr El Kheir Foundation to develop Boyout El Kheir project (Homes of Generosity).
The cooperation protocol is under the supervision of Ministry of Solidarity.
Boyout El Kheir aims to improve the living conditions of thousands of eligible poor families in the villages and governorates of Egypt and provide a number of job opportunities.
The project’s first phase, which includes establishing 1,000 units and providing 500 projects for low-income families, will be completely executed by early 2019.
At a cost of $15 million, Boyout El Kheir is being carried out within a three-year in Marsa Matrouh, Aswan, and Beheira governorates.
Ali Gomaa, Misr El-Kheir’s chairperson, said on Monday that the project targets the most people in need to provide them with safe and human homes.
