Egypt to start the 3rd phase of PPP projects in a month

Egypt’s Ministry of Housing is planning to launch the third phase of  private public partnership projects with developers within a  month.

The construction and building sector in Egypt is considered to be one of the most profitable and active businesses through which the ministry is planning to achieve unprecedented growth rates using PPP system.

The first stage of PPP projects has been launched during Egypt’s Economic Development Conference in March 2015.

Khaled Abbas – Assistant Minister of Housing, said that they are currently signing agreements with the developers who have won projects in the second phase.
