Revenues of Egypt’s Suez Canal jump to $440 mln in May

Egypt’s Suez Canal posted Tuesday a 0.7 percent growth in revenues in May 2017 to $439.8 million, compared with $436.8 million in May 2016.

In the first five months of 2017, revenues declined 0.4 percent to $2.063 billion from $2.071 billion in the same period last year.

Suez Canal revenues reached $427.9 million in April and $425.1 million last March.
