Egypt’s Engineering Export Council (EEC) is preparing a trade mission to Kenya and Uganda next January 10-18th.
Khaled Ibrahim – EEC Chairman – said the trade mission is part of the Council’s strategy to double the Egyptian electronic exports to US$5 billion by 2016.
The Council will be always committed to assist the Egyptian companies in boosting their exports and expanding into new markets, he noted.
As pursuant to its planned strategy, the council aims to focus on a number of products as well as promising markets of Kenya, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, and Italy, the official noted.
Moreover, Ibrahim said 15 companies had so far confirmed participation in the EEC’s trade mission to Kenya and Uganda.
