Egypt, Saudi Officials Meet to Boost Bilateral Investment Ties

Egyptian Minister of Investment Osama Salah met on Wednesday Abdullatif bin Ahmed Al Othman the third and current governor of Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and SAGIA`s deputy director, Prince Saud Bin Khalid Al-Faisal among series official meetings which conducted by the Salah  during his visit to KSA headed by the Egyptian Prime Minister, Dr. Hazem Al-Bablawi.

Within the meeting Salah and Abdullatif reviewed the cooperation relationships between the two countries and enhance and support the economic and investment sides, along with discussing a lot of investment opportunities in Egypt, as well as creating Saudi-Egyptian partnerships in implementing several projects in order to enhance the economy.

In addition reviewing the problems and obstacles which hinder some Saudi investors in the last period, beside solving most of these problems so as to encourage and protect the investments between both countries.

The meeting also targeted to promote and allure investments and discussed the most important projects which offered by the Egyptian Ministry in the Egyptian-Gulf Investment Forum that organized in Cairo in the beginning of last December 2013.
