Egypt’s exports to France hiked by %61 in 2022: CAPMAS

Egypt’s exports to France increased by 61 percent during 2022, according to latest figures released by Egypt’s Central Agency for public mobilization and statistics (CAPMAS).

Exports of Egypt to France amounted $1.8 billion in 2022 compared to $1.1 billion in 2021, recording a 61 percent increase, explained CAPMAS.

Egyptian imports from France recorded a 19.2 percent annual increase amounting $2.2 billion in 2022 compared to $1.8 billion in 2021.

Trade exchange value hiked by 35 percent equating in 2022 $3.9 billion up from $2.9 billion in 2021.

Top Egyptian exports to France are mineral fuels and mineral oil and their distillation products equating $766.6 billion.

Meanwhile the most significant commodities imported from France are grains valuing $582 billion, as figures read.
