Egypt’s DIG launches Track 20 project in New Administrative Capital

The Egyptian developer DIG recently launch its Track 20 mixed-use project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) with an estimated investment of 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($49 million), the company announced on Wednesday.

The 15-storey mixed-use project comprises shops, offices and medical units, according to DIG’s chairman Hussein Salah told Zawya Projects. The construction has already started and would be completed by 2026.
