U.S. based e-learning platform Classera has announced on Monday its intention to make new investments in the Egyptian market for the coming period, said CEO Mahamed El-Medany.
Egypt is one of the world’s largest three markets in terms of new investments that Classera will make in the coming period, according to El-Medany remarks at the company press conference.
He continued that choosing Egypt as a regional centre for new expansions demonstrates the importance of this market and the strength of its human competencies.
El-Medany added, Egypt will be a regional hub for Classera in terms of its investment expansion in the region following its latest funding round, through which it secured a $40 million.
“The future is going to blended learning that integrates the traditional methods of learning with the e-learning solutions remote education,” CEO said.
In 2020, the Ministry of Higher Education launched Egypt’s first electronic platform that enables remote learning at the universities in cooperation with Microsoft International and Blue Cloud for Software Development.
