Egypt is Africa’s gateway for the investment, said Sierra Leone Deputy Finance Minister Bockarie Kalokoh on Monday.
Speaking at the seventh edition of the Builders of Egypt Forum, Kalokoh has commended Egyptian authorities’ ongoing efforts to boost investments in African energy, mining, construction, and building sectors.
Sierra Leone is eager to encourage more foreign investments, notably in energy and mining sectors, he added.
Cooperation between Egypt and Sierra Leone has been recently growing in several sectors, Kalokoh noted, adding that his country is committed to easing all the investment hurdles for Egyptian companies to start investing there.
