Egypt’s Amer Group profit jumps 226% in 2021

Egyptian real estate firm Amer Group reported on Wednesday a 226 percent year-on-year surge in consolidated profit for 2021.

Profit recorded 83.21 million Egyptian pounds ($5.3 million) in 2021 from 25.51 million pounds in 2020, the company added in a bourse disclosure.

Revenues also surged to 1.78 billion pounds at the end of 2021 from 1.38 billion pounds in 2020.
