Egypt’s NUCA allocates 210 lands for small investors in 7 new cities – minister

Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), part of Ministry of Housing, is launching 210 land plots in seven new cities in favour of small investors, said minister Asem el-Gazzar on Wednesday.

The land plots are with spaces ranging between 610 square metres and 1,740 square metres, el-Gazzar added.

The seven cities are New Cairo, Badr, 10th of Ramadan, Alexandria’s New Borg El Arab, New Faiyum, New Sohag, and New Asswan, the Egyptian housing minister said.
