Egypt confirms 40 new coronavirus cases, two deaths – ministry

Egypt confirmed on Monday 40 new coronavirus cases and two more deaths, bringing the total of the virus-related fatalities in the country to four, the health ministry said in a statement.
The ministry said the individuals were a 72-year-old German tourist who died in Luxor and a 50-year-old Egyptian in Dakahlia governorate, the statement said.
