Egypt’s state-run construction firm, Arab Contractors plans to finish The Parliament Building in the New Administrative Capital within the next few weeks.
Cairo. The construction process started back in 2017 under the supervision of “Arab contractors” construction company. More than 2000 workers, technicians and engineers are handling the project that’s now almost done.
The Parliament Building in the New Administrative Capital is built upon 126000m, it consists of the main building, the service building and the landscape works includes the fences, internal roads and the green areas.
The main building is built on 18000m; it includes a basement, a ground floor, 8 typical floors, a dome with 50m diameter, the main hall accommodates of 1000 member and the administrative offices.
Parliament building also has several service buildings including medical center, security building, power station building, electromechanical building, and garage that can have up to 675 cars.
