Egypt’s property developer Cornerstone Development has started the implementation of its housing project debut – The Curve – in the country’s new capital, said chairman on Friday.
The Curve will include a commercial mall, administrative building, and landscape as well as a number of units with spaces ranging between 90 square metres and 300 square metres, Ashraf Boulos added.
“The project, whose built-up area is 18 percent, will be delivered by mid-2023,” Boulos said.
The Curve has innovative design, by bringing double-height ceilings, expansive terraces and first-of-its-kind open air tree lounges, to create a refreshing sense of openness and a true connection to nature, according to Cornerstone’s website.
Beyond its handcrafted apartments, other iconic amenities of the destination include a glass-walled zen room, a listening library, and a kid’s creative lounge.
