Egypt’s state-run Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) on Tuesday approved to allocate 77 feddans in the 8th residential district in the new capital for five investment entities.
Ain Shams University Staff Club were granted 18 feddans in the 8th residential district. Aqar Misr for Urban Development Co. and Alaela Co. for Real Estate Investment had 16 feddans and 8 feddans, respectively. Cornerstone Group and Namaa Association for Cairo Police Offers got 10 feddans and 25 feddans, respectively.
ACUD, which is in charge of developing the project, offered last September land plots for investment in the new capital’s third residential district.
