Mobile operator Vodafone Egypt is planning a full upgrade to its infrastructure, aiming to provide improved voice and internet services in the coming months.
From his part, Ahmed Essam, Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Egypt, said his company will complete an upgrade to most of its infrastructure next April.
In this respect, Vodafone Egypt has allocated 5.3 billion Egyptian pounds (US$741.5 million) for infrastructure investments within the current year, Essam noted. The company’s total infrastructure investments in the coming three years are scheduled to reach 5.9 billion pounds.
