USD stays flat against EGP at Wednesday’s market opening

The US dollar remained stable against the Egyptian pound at the opening of the market on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

The National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Banque de Caire, and the Commercial International Bank (CIB) established their purchase and sale rates at EGP 47.11 and EGP 47.21, respectively.

Conversely, Faisal Islamic Bank, The Housing and Development Bank, and the United Bank set slightly lower rates, with a purchase rate of EGP 47.10 and a sale rate of EGP 47.20.

QNB ALAHLI set a purchase rate of EGP 47.14 and a sale rate of EGP 47.24.

Finally, the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and the Arab African International Bank set their purchase rate at EGP 47.15 and their sale rate at EGP 47.25.
