Ater Hanoura, head of the PPP Unit at the Ministry of Finance stated that the total cost of phase I of Cairo Contact Centers Maadi-Park reached US$80 million including 11 buildings from the total 38.
Hanoura informed Amwal Al Ghad in an exclusive that the financial consultant of Ernest & Young finalized putting the development of feasibility studies for the project and select the initial cost in cooperation with International Finance Corporation (IFC), expecting that the project will be offered within the first quarter of 2014.
Maadi park is aiming to meet with the needs of local and global ICT services and call centers and to accommodate the expansions and developments these services locally and to export them internationally and it also allow to provide 40000 indirect job opportunities.
He added that two other projects will be prepared to review them on the Supreme Committee for the approval they with total cost estimated EGP6 billion and the bus river project, which is the cost of the first phase of reached EGP500 million.
