The NASDAQ index climbed by 1.58 percent to 11,860.11, when it opened at 11,764.79. The index recorded a day high value of 11,879.16, and a day low value of 11,724.91.
The third main index, S&P 500, inclined by 1.30 percent to close at 4,002.87. The index had a value of 3,975.89 at morning trade, recording a day high value of 4,009.08 and a day low value of 3,971.19.
