UAE-based Reportage Properties reported high sales during the first quarter of this year, reaching AED 402 million, up by 200 percent from AED 137 million in the same period of 2019.
The jump in the group’s sales is attributed to the new flagships launched in Dubai this year, announced CEO of Reportage Group.
The group developed 8 projects in the UAE, comprising 6 in Abu Dhabi and 2 in Dubai.
Al Khamis added that despite the challenges imposed by coronavirus (COVID-19), the group has achieved strong sales in 2020, which reflects the UAE’s stable real estate.
During the first quarter of 2020, the group’s sales reached AED 261.6 million against AED 140.3 million in the year-ago period.
The group CEO remarked that Reportage Group has launched several economic incentives and real estate financing facilities and cancelled some fees to boost its sales amid COVID-19.
