Egyptian property developer Tatweer Misr says it is planning to market this month 200 units in the second phase of its flagship Bloomfields in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.
The second phase of the fully-fledged residential and entertainment project will include a bunch of homes varying between townhouses, duplexes, and villas, said Tatweer Misr’s managing director Ahmed Shalaby on Tuesday.
“We have successfully promoted the project’s first phase which comprises around 1,000 various housing units,” Shalaby told Amwal Al Ghad.
Bloomfields is spanning over 325 feddans, he said, adding that the project is to encompass a total of 10,000 housing units along with entertainment, and educational units on a space of 90 feddans.
The educational part includes schools over 20 feddans and universities over 70 feddans, Shalaby said.
