Egypt’s Tatweer Misr plans to deliver around 1,900 units in IL Monte Galala and Fouka Bay flagships within the next year, said managing director on Saturday.
The real estate developer is set to hand over 700 units in the second phase of Fouka Bay and 1,200 homes in IL Monte Galala, Ahmed Shalaby added.
“Fouka Bay will include a power plant, water desalination station, and wastewater treatment plant, at capacities of 18 megavolt-ampere, 7,000 cubic metres per day, and 2,8000 cubic metres per day respectively,” Shalaby said.
As for IL Monte Galala, it is located in Ain Sokhna over 2.2 million square metres. The project comprises of 8,000 housing units and hotel apartments.
In 2017, Tatweer Misr signed its second contract with multinational water innovation firm Crystal Lagoons to establish a man-made crystal-clear lagoon in Fouka Bay.
The construction works of Fouka Bay, which is located in North Coast, include establishing a number of bridges, roads, and utilities networks.
